Effective

Based on experience with numerous other recording Apps (close to all that are available), this is the most user-friendly and has become our default recorder.

The following upgrades are recommended:
- ISO format dates (YYYY-MM-DD)
- No underscores in file names (single spaces instead)
- Don’t open Finder window after saving
- In Preferences provid option for "One-click recording"
